The firm has particular acumen in strategic planning, marketing and development issues within photogrammetric mapping, remote sensing, Land Records Management,
and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) communities.
Over the past ten years, Lucerne has helped manage or quality assure all deliverables within six statewide mapping programs; has provided technology enhancements or direction for dozens of geospatial firms; has provided advice for firms looking for new markets; and has helped in merging or managing high technology geospatial hardware/software firms.
