Terry Keating Founder, President and CEO, is an internationally recognized expert in Gesopatial Information Sciences and Earth Imaging. Terry was one of the first professionals who developed the concepts needed to create scanned pixel-based digital orthophotos and stereo image correlation. Terry is the leader of Lucerne International, supervising the work of all projects.
