Javier Acosta

Javier Acosta, is a Civil Engineer who has focused his carreer in Gesopatial Information Systems and IT infrastructure deployment. Javier was a pioneer in his native Puerto Rico in the area of GIS and supports Lucerne in a consulting capacity in the areas of project management and geospatial data production.

Javier has broad expertise in geospatial applications for local goverments and land information management. His clients include municipalities such as Bayamón, Moca, Mayagüez, Comerío, Dorado, Ponce and Naguabo as well as statewide entities like the Puerto Rico Telephone Company and the Municipal Tax Collection Center (CRIM as per its Spanish accronym).
